Overseas Investors | How to Invest in the UK Property Market

1. Find your ideal property with Sequre Property Investment

Simply contact us and tells us more about the kind of property you're looking for, what your investment goals are, and how much you want to spend.

We'll then search our platform to find opportunities that are fully managed and match your investment goals.

2. Speak to a consultant

After we have sent you some suitable properties for your investment venture, we will then put you in touch with one of our consultants who can tell you more about how the investment works.

They will discuss payment plans, ROI forecasts and explain in detail how your property will be managed for you. 

3. Reserve your investment

After agreeing a suitable property the next step is to reserve your unit and take it off the market.

Reservation is usually £2,000 and is payable immediately. This will be deducted from the purchase price on completion of contracts when the property will be fully owned by you.

4. Benefit from capital appreciation during the build phase

Once your property has been reserved, you'll be required to pay up to 10-20% of the property price within 28-days. The final 70% -80% (minus reservation deposit) is not paid until the property is fully completed.

Your property will increase in value over the build phase, which means that, even though you're paying full price, because you've locked in the pre-launch price you will be paying a lot less than what the property is worth upon completion.

5. Complete on your property and enjoy a regular return while your property is fully managed for you

The final phase of the purchase process is the completion of contracts. This happens once your property has been fully built.

You'll be notified when your first rental payment is due and will be required to sign a management contract with the letting agent we recommend to manage your investment.

All that's left to do at this stage is sit back and enjoy the rental income that will be sent directly to your chosen bank account
